The Full Service Hourly Appointment is ideal for those unsure which service to book or if you have multiple tasks needing attention. This standard 1-4 hour service call addresses most residential and commercial projects not covered by a flat rate, billed at just $100 for the first hour. Trust The Home Tradesman DBA for expert maintenance, repairs, and upgrades in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Please know that any labor performed during the appointment that would normally get billed at flat rates will not be included in the billable time. This work will be billed at my flat rated price for those specific items. Examples of hourly billed services: General labor items (moving, organization, cleaning-disposal, etc.) Assembly (furniture, IKEA, etc) Drain clogs Plumbing leaks Electrical problems and diagnosis Switch and outlet repair/replacement Most carpentry projects and trim Picture and mirror hanging Inspections Maintenance items Repairs I will start most projects at an hourly rate but may offer a flat rate once I see your entire project list, especially if the items will require a second visit to complete. (I do not bill $100 for the 1st hour on multiple-day appointments- just $30 per 30 minutes or the agreed flat rate for the entire project.)
