📋 How to Prepare for My Visit

Sanitation: Please ensure the existing toilet is clean and sanitary; a $25 cleaning fee applies otherwise.

Inspection Required: Please unbox and verify the condition of your new toilet upon delivery. To respect my scheduling, a $50 service fee will be assessed if I arrive and am unable to complete the installation due to a damaged unit, missing parts, or the incorrect size for your space.

The "Fresh Paint" Bonus: If you've recently painted, have your touch-up paint ready! I’ll happily paint the wall space behind the tank (previously hidden) at no extra cost while the old unit is out.

Decision Maker: An adult (18+) must be present to authorize the installation.

⚠️ Services That May Incur an Additional Charge

Critical Components: If the flange or shut-off valve is damaged, they must be replaced to ensure a leak-free seal. I cannot warranty an installation on faulty hardware.

Drain Issues: If your drain is clogged, it may require snaking by a specialist. I do not offer snaking services.

Project Delays: If I must leave the site for unforeseen reasons (wrong parts/sizes), time is billed at $30 per 30 minutes.
