📏 Unsure of what size to order?
Don’t guess and risk a restocking fee! For a $50 deposit (applied 100% to your labor cost), I will stop by to measure your opening and inspect your brick moulding. You don't even need to be home—I can perform the inspection from the exterior.

Removal: Removal of the existing storm door (disposal options available).

Frame Prep: Inspection and caulking of existing brick moulding to ensure a weather-tight seal.

Precision Assembly: Door assembly and mounting per manufacturer specifications.

Hardware Setup: Installation of handle sets, closure pistons, and safety chains/wind straps.

Final Tuning: Precision adjustment of closing speed and latch force for smooth operation.

Site Cleanup: Debris placed in appropriate bins; old doors placed at the curb for city pickup.

⚠️ Services That May Incur an Additional Charge:

Brick Moulding Integrity: The exterior trim (brick moulding) is crucial for energy efficiency. I do not recommend "patching" damaged trim; if it is rotted or unstable, I recommend a full trim set replacement.

Energy Upgrades: This is the ideal time to add spray foam insulation to eliminate drafts from the primary entry door (additional fee applies).

Off-Site Delays: Should I need to leave the site for any unforeseen project-related reasons (missing parts/wrong size), time is billed at $30 per 30 minutes.
📋 How to Prepare for My Visit:

Clear the Entryway: Ensure the porch and interior entryway are clear of debris and furniture.

Kids & Pets: For their safety and to allow me to focus on the precision of the install, please ensure children and pets are kept clear of the work area and the entry door for the duration of the appointment.

Decision Maker: An adult (18+) with authority to make installation decisions must be present.

Painting Tip: I recommend painting your trim after the door is installed, though pre-painting is acceptable.

Delivery Buffer: If your door is being delivered by a third party, please do not schedule my visit for the same day. I recommend opening the box early to inventory parts.
