Pricing Guide (Labor Only) Installation cost is based on the replacement of an existing floor mounted toilet with functional plumbing ***Lowe's current advertised installation cost starts at $353 each*** No permits are needed in Michigan for this type of installation. Standard Installation: • Standard Replacement Toilet Installation .....$150 each Extras: • Bidet attachment installation ..... starting at $30 • Bidet electrical receptacle (new installation) .....starting at $150 • Shut off valve replacement ..... starting at $50 • Toilet flange repair ..... starting at $75 • Pick up and delivery from local supplier .....$25 each • Removal and off-site disposal $50 • A discount of 10% will be applied to any installation of 2 or more toilets. *Please Note: The install price may change depending on your installation. All installations are based on the replacement of an existing floor mounted toilet with functional plumbing, wall mounted or new construction installations are not included. All pricing is estimated based on the actual work performed. Pricing is for labor only, customer is responsible for all material costs.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or text me at least 2 hours prior to the starting time. Any late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. I am more than happy to be flexible to accommodate your busy schedule. I only ask the same courtesy in return. Please just let me know with as much warning as possible to avoid any fees.
