  • Site Evaluation: Inspection of your electrical circuit, outlet, and drainage piping.

  • Materials Handling: I include pickup and delivery of needed materials from local suppliers (within 15 mins).

  • Professional Install: Removal of old units and precision mounting of new PVC-based systems.

  • Testing: Final adjustment of floats and a "force test" to ensure proper discharge.

  • Clean Exit: On-site disposal of packaging; old pumps placed at the curb for pickup.

  • Warranty: One-year warranty on all labor.

📋 How to Prepare for My Visit

  • Clear the Path: Please ensure the basement floor and the area around the sump pit are clear of storage items.

  • Crawlspace Homes: If your pump is in a crawlspace, please send photos/video ahead of time. Fees are TBD based on access and conditions.

  • Consult Before You Buy: Before purchasing a pump, call me! I recommend at least 1/2 HP submersible pumps—avoid pedestal pumps unless your pit is extremely shallow.

  • Safety: Please keep children and pets away from the open sump pit during the installation.
